The last few weeks have been absolutely mad. What with recent weddings, All of a sudden everyone wants to get married, it’s not even the long range bookings that seem to be popular, weddings with a week’s notice and one wedding with four hours notice, customer rang me at 9.30 in the morning and I was doing their wedding at 1pm. Normally the festive season is the quiet time within the wedding industry, not this year and to be honest, I believe this the way the industry is heading.
The Old Rectory
The Old Rectory is situated in four acres of rolling Essex countryside near Brentwood. This exclusive Victorian wedding venue was built around 1837 and has kept its original charm. Wedding ceremonies can be performed inside the main building or outside under the pergola. The beautiful Victorian gardens are a great place for stunning photos of the brand new Mr & Mrs.
The Old Rectory Wedding Photography
Hard to believe, but I had never covered a wedding at the old rectory at Dunton before, in between Brentwood and Orsett, even though it’s only four miles from me. A Victorian Rectory as the name suggests, the only building that is missing is a church to go with it.
The wedding of Paul and Jen in November of 2014, lovely sunny day and warm with it.
